    MaLeena, an Event Management major, knew she wanted to experience something outside of her comfort zone. Enter: National Student Exchange. During her third year, she exchanged to the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa and learned more about herself than she thought possible.

    A Cowgirl in the Making

    Jackie took a unique path to graduation, including a year away at Oklahoma State University through NSE. In addition to experiencing life as a Cowgirl, Jackie leveraged unique coursework and opportunities through an Agricultural Communications degree.

    Brody studied at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa, a popular host institution for Iowa State students. He was able to complete courses for his major (Marketing) while exploring all that Hawai'i has to offer.

    Shae always dreamed of visiting Hawai’i, and with NSE she was able to make that dream a reality at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa. Not only was she able to explore the island, but she was able to stay on track in her Public Relations program. From beaches, unique classes, and amazing hikes- Shae was able to experience all she wanted and more during her exchange.
